Poytoyplay provides a novelty toy only.  Products are intended as novelty only, and no representation is made or implied as to their suitability or safety for any particular use. Purchasers use the products entirely at their own risk. The manufacturer or reseller is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damage or loss however arising caused by use or misuse of the products. This includes, but is not limited to, damage to the products and personal injury or damages due to use or misuse.

This is considered a novelty toy only and for obvious reasons, no returns, refunds or exchanges are accepted.  It is STRONGLY suggested you only use the toy we sell without using other toys can damage the device. We do have the ability to exchange toy only if defects due to faulty components or workmanship.
