Refund policy and warranty

Because of the intimate nature of the items we sell, we are unable to return or exchange purchased toys and products unless defective. This is for the health, safety and peace of mind of our customers. 

WARRANTY:  covered for a period of 30 days. The warranty begins from the date of the original purchase. The warranty only covers defects due to faulty components or workmanship. Warranty is void if the masturbator was abused, misused, taken apart, tampered with, or damaged by any accident or water splashed ( toy is waterproofed, but avoid to put water on connecting USB spot). Opening masturbator voids warranty.
